Ledger & Quill is the alumni society of the DePaul School of Accountancy and MIS. It's around 2000 alumni professional accountants who regularly contribute to the School so we can provide you with the best accounting education possible.

Student Group Support
Ledger & Quill provides extensive financial support for the student groups in the School. Social Events
Ledger & Quill provides students--especially seniors--with opportunities to meet with practitioners in social settings, to rub shoulders with partners and generally get to know the profession better. Graduating seniors are invited to the annual Spring Reception-on-the-Lake cruise, and recent grads should make it a point to attend the Fall Luncheon.
The Ledger & Quill Student Mixers, initiated recently, are a means of meeting and talking informally (and in a NON-recruiting setting!) about the profession, opportunities, career paths and, most popularly, "what's your day like?"

In Chicago, "DePaul" and "accounting" are just about synonyms: there's a huge DePaul presence in the Chicago business and accounting communities, and Ledger & Quill is one of the largest accounting networks in Chicago. By joining up with Ledger & Quill, you automatically become a member of the DePaul University Alumni Association, and are eligible for all their benefits and programs and activities: library use, newsletters, the DePaul Magazine, invitations to special events, discounts at the Ray Meyer Fitness Center and university music/theatre performances, access to Career Development services, etc., etc., etc.
